Welcome to VGP Cyber Kingdom. By purchasing tickets, accessing our premises, or using our website and services, visitors agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
1. GENERAL ENTRY RULES
• Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket or booking confirmation.
• All guests must carry a valid ID proof upon request.
• Tickets once booked are non-transferable.
• Entry may be denied for inappropriate behavior, misconduct, intoxication, or violation of park rules.
• Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest without refund for safety or operational reasons.
2. ONLINE BOOKINGS
• Early Bird Offers are not applicable for same-day bookings.
• Online offers, discounts, cashback, and promotional benefits are subject to change without prior notice.
• Visitors must present the booking confirmation (digital or printed copy) at the entry counter.
• No cancellation, refund, or postponement will be allowed once the booking is confirmed unless otherwise specified.
3. GAME CARD & CREDITS
• Game cards and bonus credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Promotional credits including Arcade/Game Zone credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Unused game credits will remain valid only as per the validity mentioned during purchase.
• Lost or damaged game cards/cards misused by guests will not be replaced.
4. SAFETY & CONDUCT
• Guests must follow all safety instructions displayed within the premises and communicated by staff.
• Certain rides, VR experiences, bowling, karting, and attractions may have height, age, or health restrictions.
• Participation in attractions is at the guest’s own discretion and risk.
• Running, pushing, abusive language, vandalism, or unsafe conduct is strictly prohibited.
5. CHILDREN POLICY
• Children must be supervised by parents/guardians at all times.
• Some attractions may require adult supervision.
• Management is not responsible for unattended children.
6. FOOD & OUTSIDE ITEMS
• Outside food, beverages, alcohol, smoking materials, or hazardous items are not permitted inside the premises.
• Bags and personal belongings may be subject to security checks at entry.
7. LIABILITY
• VGP Cyber Kingdom shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property, gaming equipment, or facilities due to negligence or misconduct.
• Attraction availability may vary due to maintenance, technical issues, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.
8. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
• Photography and videography for personal use are permitted unless otherwise restricted.
• By entering the premises, guests consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
9. PRIVACY
• Personal information collected through bookings or registrations will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• By using our website, users agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. AMENDMENTS
• VGP Cyber Kingdom reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the website or premises constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. CARD
• This card cannot be redeemed for cash, transfer or sale
• Cyber Kingdom is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards
• This is not a credit card
• This card is re-chargeable
• Credit loaded on to this card will be valid for eleven months from the date of last use
• By purchasing this Cyber Kingdom card, the customer agrees to abide by all safety rules and regulations applicable for all rides & attractions
• In-store terms & conditions are subject to change without prior notice
• Taxes as applicable
